Title: Project Engineer

Duties: Ensuring Adherence to Safety Guidelines: Implement strict safety protocols on-site to ensure the well-being of team members and compliance with industry standards. Proposal Preparation and Reporting: Prepare detailed proposals, reports, and documentation related to solar
energy projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Testing and Reporting: Conduct testing on Earth Resistances, Insulation, and Cables, and generate comprehensive reports detailing the results of the tests. Productivity Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the productivity of the team,
identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency. Project Planning and Estimation: Review projects thoroughly, plan material deliveries, estimate costs, and create comprehensive project plans. Issue Prevention and Resolution: Proactively anticipate
potential issues and develop strategies to prevent them. Additionally, promptly address and resolve any emerging challenges to keep the project on track. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and open communication channels with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring everyone
is well-informed about project progress and requirements. 

Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality solar energy systems to clients.
Requirements: Min. 12 months of experience. Min. 12 months of experience in the renewable industry, preferably solar. Min. 12 months of experience utilizing software tools such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, and simulation software. Proven knowledge of solar energy systems, including
design, installation, and maintenance. Degree: Min. BS degree in Engineering (Electrical, Renewable Energy, or Mechanical).
